YEREVAN, October 24. /ARKA/. Arsen Babayan, former deputy head of the National Assembly staff, who was arrested two days earlier on suspicion of complicity in power seizure. Later, charges were brought against him. He is charged with complicity in power seizure and commission of office forgery.

Bayayan's lawyer, Lusine Sahakyan just told journalists that the court authorized his two-month pretrial detention declining the bail motion. -0---
