Electricity prices for consumers in Armenia to remain unchanged in 2025
YEREVAN, 30 December. /ARKA/. Electricity prices for consumers in Armenia will remain unchanged in 2025, according to a decision made on Monday by the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC).
‘Based on the findings of an analysis of all positive and negative factors affecting the rates, it was decided that there is no need to revise the electricity prices for the consumers of Electric Networks of Armenia CJSC, and the current prices will remain unchanged,’ the regulator said in a statement.
The current electricity prices in Armenia are 29.99 drams during the day and 19.99 drams at night for each kWh for socially disadvantaged families (about 11% of consumers), and 44.98 drams and 34.98 drams respectively for other categories of citizens.
For -legal entities (enterprises) the price range is from 41.98 to 50.48 drams during daytime hours and from 37.98 to 40.48 drams at night. ($1 - AMD 396.56).
