Explosion in Yerevan injures three men- police

An explosion in the courtyard of a college in Yerevan was said by police to have injured three people. The explosion occurred at 9.25 am in the courtyard of the Armenian-Greek Food and Tourism College, police said.

YEREVAN, October 11. / ARKA /. An explosion in the courtyard of a college in Yerevan was said by police to have injured three people. The explosion occurred at 9.25 am in the courtyard of the Armenian-Greek Food and Tourism College, police said.
The rescuers who arrived to the scene found that the explosion was caused by a fire made by worker who tried that way to destroy the debris, the police said.
The police said a man, 63 and two teenagers turned for medical aid. The man was injured in the jaw, while one of the boys had an injury in he left ear, and the other boy had a penetrating wound in the right thigh. Nothing was said about what had exploded.
The investigative is being conducted by Shengavid administrative district police. -0-
