Office of Armenian prime minister and VivaCell-MTS telecom operator sign memorandum of understanding

On 25 December 2019, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia and VivaCell-MTS. The Memorandum was signed by the Head of Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan’s office Serzh Varag Siseryan and VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian.
YEREVAN, December 25. /ARKA/. On 25 December 2019, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia and VivaCell-MTS. The Memorandum was signed by the Head of Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan’s office Serzh Varag Siseryan and VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian.
Within the framework of the Memorandum, the Parties have agreed to cooperate in the implementation of anti-corruption and integrity education in the state bodies and bodies having public significance. The parties agreed to jointly undertake research and provide recommendations on the introduction of integrity and anti-corruption compliance assessment systems in the private sector.
Also, on the basis of elaborated educational programs about 100 public servants and business representatives will be involved in the programs of “Legal Education and Rehabilitation Program Implementation Center” SNCO of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.
Emphasizing the role and importance of introducing the latest technologies in the field of public administration and justice, within the framework of the Memorandum in the field of legal education educational programs on the use and application of information technologies will be developed and implemented in the law departments of at least three higher education institutions. -0-
