Office of Armenian prime minister and VivaCell-MTS telecom operator sign memorandum of understanding

On 25 December 2019, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia and VivaCell-MTS. The Memorandum was signed by the Head of Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan’s office Serzh Varag Siseryan and VivaCell-MTS General Manager Ralph Yirikian.
