Armenia rises five notches in FIFA ranking

Armenia’s national soccer team with 470 points has risen five notches in FIFA ranking to the 74th position. Armenia’s opponents in the European championship qualifying groups are located as follows: Portugal is 7th, Denmark is 28th, Serbia is 39th and Albania is 63rd.
YEREVAN, February 12. / ARKA /. Armenia’s national soccer team with 470 points has risen five notches in FIFA ranking to the 74th position. Armenia’s opponents in the European championship qualifying groups are located as follows: Portugal is 7th, Denmark is 28th, Serbia is 39th and Albania is 63rd.
The FIFA ranking is topped by Germany, Argentina, Colombia, Belgium; the Netherlands, Brazil, Portugal, France, Uruguay, Spain.
Denmark is the leader of the qualifying group having scored seven points in four Euro 2016 qualifiers. Portuguese national has scored six points in three matches; Albanians have four points after three matches, while Armenia and Serbia have one point each after three matches. -0-
