Armenia is ranked the 25th safest country in the world by a new international index that assessed 117 nations on factors such as crime levels, unemployment and being at risk for global attacks.

YEREVAN, April 18. /ARKA/. Armenia is ranked the 25th safest country in the world by a new international index that assessed 117 nations on factors such as crime levels, unemployment and being at risk for global attacks.
According to the ranking, compiled by www.numbeo.com, Armenia's northern neighbor Georgia is the 6th safest country, Azerbaijan is 31st, Turkey is 47th, and Russia is 68th.
The safest countries in the ranking are South Korea, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan, and the most dangerous are Venezuela, South Sudan, South Africa, Papua New Guinea and Honduras.
