Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Armen Simonyan said that the proposal for the implementation of this project came from the head of Tsakhkadzor community.
The project is to be completed in 2029. There are five buildings located on the land plot, which will be dismantled and two new buildings will be constructed in their place.
“The first one will house the administration of Tsakhkadzor, the second one will house the theater. Parking lots for 110-200 cars will be build in the semi-basement floors and in the courtyard, and a public park will be built on another 2 hectares,” the deputy minister said.
PM Pashinyan said that there are no public places for walking in Tsakhkadzor, and the construction of the park is very important.
