YEREVAN, February 6. /ARKA/. Russian citizens made 1.11 million trips to Armenia in January-December 2023 (this is the number of border crossings made for all purposes - business, labor, private, tourist, educational, etc.), up from 840,000 in 2022.

According to the statistics of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) cited by RBC, Armenia ranked 7th in the list of 10 countries most frequently visited by Russians in the reporting year.

According to the FSB, Russian citizens made 27 million trips abroad in January-December 2023. The top three countries most visited by Russians were Georgia's breakaway Abkhazia, Turkey and Kazakhstan. --0--
