Gyumri man arrested for false bomb alerts

Armenian law-enforcement authorities have arrested the man who called August 15 and August 16 the police and 911 rescue service in the second-largest city of Gyumri and said he was going to blow up several buildings, the Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia said.
