Turkish Pegasus Airline starts sales of tickets for Istanbul - Yerevan flight
YEREVAN, January 19. /ARKA/. Turkish Pegasus Airlines has started sales of tickets for the Istanbul-Yerevan flight, which will be operated three times a week, a spokesman of the air carrier told TASS on Wednesday.
"The first flight is scheduled for February 2. Three flights a week are expected," the spokesman said.
Earlier aviation authorities of Armenia and Turkey issued permits to FlyOe Armenia (Armenia) and Pegasus Airlines (Turkey) to operate flights between Yerevan and Istanbul.
In 1993, Turkey unilaterally closed its air and land borders with Armenia. The air border was reopened in 1995. --0--
