About 670 unexploded shells were found in Stepanakert, the capital of Nagorno-Karabakh, Mekhak Arzumanyan, the head of the Rescue Forces of Nagorno-Karabakh, said on October 13, adding that they will work to eliminate such shells throughout Artsakh after the ceasefire.
