Tufenkci Group will open a pharmaceutical plant in Armenia worth $1.5 million, the ministry of economic development and investment said today.

YEREVAN, March 31. /ARKA/. Tufenkci Group will open a pharmaceutical plant in Armenia worth $1.5 million, the ministry of economic development and investment said today.
It said the plant will produce high-quality pharmaceutical products, in particular, pain relievers, antihypertensives, food additives, vitamins, antidiabetic drugs and so on.
To start the enterprise, the company has already invested $1.5 million and plans to produce $350,000 worth products a year, creating 20-25 new jobs. Later, it will expand production and hire 50-60 more employees.
The company plans to export its products to Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Libya, Algeria, Yemen and other countries. --0--
