Armenia Considers Entering Benelux Markets

Opportunities for cooperation to expand Armenia's export potential and facilitate the entry of Armenian products into European markets, particularly the Netherlands and the Benelux countries, were discussed at a meeting between Armenian Deputy Minister of Economy Anushik Avetyan and a delegation from the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (CBI).
YEREVAN, August 26. /ARKA/. Opportunities for cooperation to expand Armenia's export potential and facilitate the entry of Armenian products into European markets, particularly the Netherlands and the Benelux countries, were discussed at a meeting between Armenian Deputy Minister of Economy Anushik Avetyan and a delegation from the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (CBI).
According to the Ministry of Economy's press service, the parties emphasized the importance of expanding the CBI's support program for Armenian dried fruit producers and exporters, which will allow more Armenian companies to take advantage of export development tools and access new markets.
In addition, the parties discussed the organization of export processes, the planned October 2026 market research mission to the Netherlands and another European country, and the B2B meetings it will facilitate. The parties also exchanged views on access to information on target markets, increasing the capabilities and readiness of exporters, identifying potential partners, establishing business connections, and further deepening cooperation with exporting companies.
