Argentinean billionaire of Armenian origin Eduardo Eurnekian has promised to continue the implementation of investment programs in Armenia, the Armenian government press service said today following a meeting of the businessmen with prime minister Hovik Abrahamyan.

YEREVAN, May 20. / ARKA /. Argentinean billionaire of Armenian origin Eduardo Eurnekian has promised to continue the implementation of investment programs in Armenia, the Armenian government press service said today following a meeting of the businessmen with prime minister Hovik Abrahamyan.

Eurnekian was quoted as saying that the investment programs will assist in the development of Armenia's economy.

In turn, prime minister Abrahamyan highly appreciated Eurnekian business activity in Armenia saying the government stands ready to assist in the implementation of his projects.

Eduardo Eurnekian is the owner of Corporation America, a company that runs the airports in Yerevan and Gyumri. He also invests in agriculture and owns the Converse Bank.-0-
