Military goods in Armenia may be exempted from VAT, Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee Vakhtang Mirumyan said in the Armenian parliament on Tuesday.
YEREVAN, October 24. /ARKA/. Military goods in Armenia may be exempted from VAT, Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee Vakhtang Mirumyan said in the Armenian parliament on Tuesday.
According to Mirumyan, a set of amendments and changes to the Tax Code, proposes that imports of raw materials and equipment of industrial importance be exempted from VAT at the customs border.
"The list of goods that should be exempted from VAT has expanded; in particular, three categories of goods have been added to it. Overall, we mean military goods and sewing machines of industrial importance,’ Mirumyan said. -0--
