Violations of regulatory requirements discovered at “Araks Poultry Farm”

YEREVAN, April 7. /ARKA/. Employees of the Food Safety Inspectorate conducted inspections at the poultry production facility of “Araks Poultry Farm” CJSC (Jrarbi village, Armavir region), took samples of various products, and sent them for laboratory testing.

According to the test results, the sample of "chilled poultry meat" did not meet the requirements established by the Customs Union regulations for the "pathogenic salmonella" indicator, and the sample of "frozen poultry meat" did not meet the requirement for the "mass fraction of technologically added moisture."
As a result, the head of the regulatory authority decided to suspend the production activities of the workshop and set a deadline for addressing the violations, the department's press service reported.
