A number of countries, including Armenia, Kazakhstan and the United Arab Emirates (UAE), are showing interest in the latest Russian Ka-52M and Mi-28NE attack helicopters, Andrei Boginsky, CEO of Russian Helicopters, a division of the state corporation Rostekh, told TASS in an interview.

According to him, at the Dubai Airshow 2021, which ran from November 14 to 18 in the UAE, there was high interest from foreign customers in Russia's latest Ka-52M and Mi-28NE attack helicopters.

"We hosted delegations from Armenia, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Mauritania, UAE, Saudi Arabia. Colleagues from Rosoboronexport are actively working on their promotion, and we are satisfied with the result we have now," Boginsky said.

One of the main innovations of the UAE Dubai Airshow 2021 was the international premiere of the Mi-28NE attack helicopter.

Previously, this modification of the "Night Hunter" has never been demonstrated at foreign exhibitions. Also for the first time the Ka-52 became a participant of the Dubai Airshow, demonstrating elements of complex aerobatics and maneuvering used in real air combat. --0--
