Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Arayik Harutyunyan appointed Tuesday Srbuhi Arzumanyan (who served as First Deputy Head of the Office of the President) Minister of Justice.

YEREVAN, January 11. /ARKA/. Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Arayik Harutyunyan appointed Tuesday Srbuhi Arzumanyan (who served as First Deputy Head of the Office of the President) Minister of Justice.

Aram Sargsyan was appointed Minister of Urban Development. Acting Foreign Minister David Babayan was replaced with Sergey Ghazaryan, who served as Permanent Representative of Artsakh to Armenia.

Armen Mangasaryan was appointed Minister of Social Development and Migration.

Inna Ishkhanyan, the Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Housing Issues, was temporarily appointed as head of the Committee. -0-

Erdogan congratulated Pashinyan on his election victory and wished the people of Armenia prosperity and happiness
