YEREVAN, June 23. /ARKA/. Serzh Sargsyan, Armenian president, has appointed Armen Papikyan as deputy foreign minister, the presidential press office reported on Wednesday.

Before this appointment Papikyan was the permanent representative of Armenia in the Council of Europe (since 2011). --0----
