On August 13, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan dismissed Armen Grigoryan from his post as Secretary of the Security Council.
YEREVAN, August 13. /ARКА/. On August 13, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan dismissed Armen Grigoryan from his post as Secretary of the Security Council.
By another decision, the Prime Minister appointed Alen Simonyan (who served as Speaker of the National Assembly since August 2021) to this post.
Armen Grigoryan headed the Security Council over eight years, since May 17, 2018. -0-
