Pashinyan dismisses Arshak Karapetyan as first deputy defense minister

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, who was appointed to the post by a presidential decree earlier today as the leader of the parliamentary majority, dismissed Arshak Karapetyan as first deputy defense minister.
YEREVAN, August 2. /ARKA/. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, who was appointed to the post by a presidential decree earlier today as the leader of the parliamentary majority, dismissed Arshak Karapetyan as first deputy defense minister.
The decision is posted on the government website. Karapetyan was appointed as first deputy defense minister on July 20 of this year. On the same day, by presidential decree, Vagharshak Harutyunyan was dismissed from the post of Defense Minister. -0-
