YEREVAN, February 23. /ARKA/. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in an interview with France 24 TV channel was asked whether he communicates with Russian President Vladimir Putin and when he last spoke to him.

"In December we met, we communicated. You know, we have interstate relations. Armenia and Russia have a long history of bilateral relations. This history has obviously institutional traditions and we remain within these institutional traditions," Pashinyan said.

In the same interview Pashinyan said also that in September and October 2023, high-ranking Russian officials openly called on Armenian citizens to revolt and overthrow Pashinyan's government.
