Armenia’s premier Tigran Sargsyan discussed bilateral relations and Armenia’s accession to the Russia-led Customs Union with his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev in Petersburg Wednesday.
YEREVAN, November 21. /ARKA/. Armenia’s premier Tigran Sargsyan discussed bilateral relations and Armenia’s accession to the Russia-led Customs Union with his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev in Petersburg Wednesday.
The sides appreciated the high level of Armenia-Russia relations and discussed a wide range of issues on the allied partnership, the press office of Armenia’s government reports.
Sargsyan and Medvedev stressed the importance of implementation of planned projects and continuous efforts on development of new programs.
The sides touched upon the process of Armenia’s accession to the Customs Union and the forthcoming plans in particular.
The premiers agreed to continue having bilateral meetings.
Sargsyan was in St Petersburg to participate in the sitting of CIS premiers’ council. –0--
