YEREVAN, January 8. /ARKA/. Karen Giloyan, Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sport of Armenia, has ended his tenure, with various reasons cited, said the Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of Armenia, Zhanna Andreasyan.

"My relationship with Giloyan has not changed regardless of any positions," Andreasyan stated at a press conference on Wednesday, responding to a question about Giloyan's resignation and any alleged conflict between them.

According to her, he does not need protection and has many years of experience in the sport sector.

The minister expressed confidence that Giloyan will continue his activities in the sport field and collaborate with the ministry.

Karen Giloyan had held the position of Deputy Minister since December 2020.
