Armenian version of Aznavour's book ‘Life through the eyes of Charles’ presented
YEREVAN, 14 October. / ARKA/. With the support of Acba Leasing the Newmag Publishing House and ‘Aznavour’ Foundation, the Armenian version of the book ‘Life through the eyes of Charles’ by the great Armenian Charles Aznavour is presented to Armenian readers.
The book includes excerpts from hundreds of interviews and unique compositions accompanied by rare photos of the maestro.
I think that especially in difficult moments we all feel the absence of Aznavour and his voice, because in those moments he was always there for us and Armenia. I hope that especially the youth, after reading the book, will familiarise themselves with the values left by Aznavour and learn the same for themselves. I am sure Aznavour would have read this book with interest,’ said Nicolas Aznavour, son of Charles Aznavour.
Tatevik Ghazaryan, Director of Marketing and Communications Department of Aznavour Foundation, in her turn, noted that any project becomes possible with the help of partners.
'The exclusive partner of this book is Acba leasing company. In general, Acba has been supporting the works of Charles Aznavour for many years, when his prose works were translated, and this book is not an exception,’ Ghazaryan said.
All editions of the books of the famous Armenian Charles Aznavour by Newmag Publishing House were supported by one of the companies of Acba Financial Group - Acba Bank, Acba Leasing and Amundi-Acba.
Acba Bank is a 100 per cent shareholder of Acba Leasing.
