Armenian Weather Service has forecast sunny and clear weather on March 10 and March 13-14 across the country saying rains are expected on March 11-12 throughout the country, including the capital city Yerevan and snow in the mountainous regions and foothills.

Temperatures across Armenia to drop by 8-10 degrees

YEREVAN, March 10, /ARKA/. Armenian Weather Service has forecast sunny and clear weather on March 10 and March 13-14 across the country saying rains are expected on March 11-12 throughout the country, including the capital city Yerevan and snow in the mountainous regions and foothills.

The wind will be southwest at a speed of 5-10 meters per second. The air temperature on March 11-12 during the daytime will drop by 8-10 degrees, and on March 13 overnight by 6-8 degrees.

The air temperature in the capital Yerevan on Wednesday afternoon will warm up to 11-13 degrees Celsius. On Friday the temperature will drop to 2-4 degrees above zero, and on Sunday it will rise to 6-7 degrees.

The coldest weather is expected on March 13 overnight in Shirak, Lori, Gegharkunik, as well as in the Kotayk, Aragatsotn and Vayots Dzor mountains, where the air temperature will drop to 15-20 degrees below zero. -0-
