Armenia’s ministry of education and science will spend 969 million drams this year to buy schoolbooks, acting minister Armen Ashotyan said at a government session on Thursday.

YEREVAN, April 10. / ARKA /. Armenia’s ministry of education and science will spend 969 million drams this year to buy schoolbooks, acting minister Armen Ashotyan said at a government session on Thursday. 

According to him, the ministry will buy some 699,500 textbooks which will be provided to schools. 

He said also part of the money will be spent on purchase of schoolbooks in Kurdish language for secondary schools of national minorities. -0-
