YEREVAN, October 23. /ARKA/. The Armenian government approved today amendments to the judicial code and some laws to establish an independent and self-governing institution of the judicial authorities – the Council of Judges.

Armenian Justice Minister Hrayr Tovmasyan said the package implies introduction of a new effective system obliging judges and courts to submit reports. ---0----
