Head of Armenian PSRC resigns

The head of Armenia’s Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) Garegin Baghramyan resigned from his position on October 10.
YEREVAN, October 11. /ARKA/. The head of Armenia’s Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) Garegin Baghramyan resigned from his position on October 10. The resignation was confirmed by PSRC press secretary Liana Azizyan.
Although the official reasons for the resignation were not disclosed, it coincides with the growing public dissatisfaction with the quality of the country's energy supply.
The day before, on October 9, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan convened a special meeting to look into the problems with electricity supply and possible solutions.
Baghramyan held the position of PSRC chairman since 2019.-0-
