A $500 million hotel, entertainment, and gaming complex is planned for construction in Yerevan

On August 6, Armenian Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan met with representatives of Global Tribe Gaming, which plans to create a hotel, entertainment, gaming, and tourism complex in Yerevan in collaboration with the Dvin Hotel Complex and Seven Visions Resort & Places, the ministry's press service reported.
YEREVAN, August 6. /ARKA/. On August 6, Armenian Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan met with representatives of Global Tribe Gaming, which plans to create a hotel, entertainment, gaming, and tourism complex in Yerevan in collaboration with the Dvin Hotel Complex and Seven Visions Resort & Places, the ministry's press service reported.
The total estimated investment in the program is approximately $500 million, of which $40 million is planned for the development of adjacent real estate, including the construction of an additional hotel tower. The program is expected to create approximately 1,000 new jobs.
During the meeting, issues related to the implementation of the investment program, as well as the tax regime, licensing, regulation of gambling activities, and the organization of payment systems necessary for the operation of the complex, were discussed.
